1. Standard Cancellation Policy

At Grand Luxe Hotel, we understand that plans can change. Our standard cancellation policy is designed to be as flexible as possible while ensuring we can manage our room inventory effectively.

  • Free Cancellation: You may cancel your reservation without penalty up to 48 hours prior to your scheduled check-in time (2:00 PM local time).
  • Late Cancellation: Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled check-in time will incur a penalty equivalent to one night's room charge plus applicable taxes.
  • No-Shows: If you fail to arrive on your scheduled check-in date without prior notice, your reservation will be cancelled, and you will be charged for the first night's stay plus applicable taxes. The remainder of your reservation will be released.

2. Non-Refundable Rates & Special Offers

Some discounted rates, special packages, and promotional offers may require full prepayment at the time of booking and are marked as Non-Refundable. For these reservations:

  • Modifications or cancellations are not permitted.
  • No refunds will be issued for cancellations, no-shows, or early departures.

3. Early Departures

If you choose to check out earlier than your scheduled departure date, you must notify the front desk at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to do so may result in an early departure fee equal to one night's room charge. For non-refundable bookings, the entire duration of the stay remains fully charged.

4. Refund Processing

If your cancellation is eligible for a refund according to the terms above, the refund process will be initiated immediately.

  • Refunds are processed back to the original method of payment used during the booking.
  • Please allow 5 to 10 business days for the refunded amount to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or credit card provider's processing times.

5. Force Majeure

In the event of an act of God, natural disaster, global pandemic travel restrictions, or other emergencies that make it impossible or illegal for you to travel to the hotel, we will work with you to either reschedule your stay or provide a full refund, regardless of the standard cancellation window.
